We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To return, please contact us at sales@twprod.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to company error (incorrect or defective item)

We ship orders via standard ground shipping unless otherwise specified.

• Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours since they’re in stock.

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated at checkout.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

• If an item arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with photos and order details so we can assist with a claim.

• There are no additional duties, tariffs, or surprise fees upon delivery, regardless of changes in market conditions or government policy.

At TW Products, we stand behind the quality of our rigging hardware. We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all products sold directly by us, subject to the terms and conditions below. 

• This warranty covers defects in materials under normal and proper use for one year from the date of purchase.

• Structural failure due to manufacturing defects, malfunction, or breakage under proper use is covered.

• Normal wear and tear, corrosion, cosmetic damage, or damage due to misuse is not covered.
