Shackles are the primary connecting link in all manner of rigging systems, from boats and ships to industrial crane rigging, as they allow different rigging subsets to be connected or disconnected quickly. They are one of the most commonly used rigging fittings. We offer a variety of shackles that meet different needs including anchor/bow shackles, Dee/chain shackles, snap shackles, twist shackles, headboard shackles, karabiner shackles, and more.
All of our shackles are made to meet the performance requirements of different industry standards and federal specifications, such as the U.S. Federal Specification RR-C-271D. If you have any questions about our shackles, simply email us.

Minimum Proof Load is 2 times the Working Load Limit. Minimum Ultimate Strength is 6 times the Working Load Limit.
Great for applications requiring a hook up perpendicular to the shackle. By having the shackle twisted 90 degrees, the shackle allows for attachments from the side rather than the front of the shackle.
